I'd imagine that they will just deduct the €100 from the claim. I can't see there being any further repercussions. But I am not a tax practitioner/expert.I am sure the missing €100 is for 2 doctors receipts which i will continue to search for.
Is it reasonable to send in everything minus €100? What is the possible outcome of this? Will my full claim be rejected or would i just have to pay back for the 2 receipts i am missing?
Has anybody had their med 1 form inspected by revenue?
I received a letter today asking for my receipts from 2005. We had quite a big claim that year totalling €4,000. I have gone through my files and can find everything up to €3,900.

Request copies from your Doc!
in theory they could charge you a 10% surcharge
all of their 2005 accounts are with their Accountant.
