MBNA credit card 7.8% on transer of money to a current account

MBNA just made me aware of a facility where one can transer money up to the credit limit on card to ones current account and be charged 7.8 % on the monies transfered
I wasnt aware of this facility

Is this a time limited offer?They have offered me 0% until October on 95% of my credit limit.
