Maynooth Park

I wonder can anyone help me. We have been looking at a house in Maynooth Park, Maynooth down near the shops. It seems to have been on for sale for quite a while. I am just wondering if that end of Maynooth park is OK, Are there any problems?

Any advice would be much appreciated
