Hi,

What is the maximum unsecure loan for a person earning 40k?

Would it be possible to borrow 30K?

If an unsecured loan is not possible is a mortgage topup of 30K possible?

Its not for me but partner who has property that is worth approx 220k in current climate. Mortgage with 4 years. No other debt.
