Maximum age for an investment mortgage

Any body know what is the maximum age that a lender will provide funds for an investment property?

The maximum term is 25 years - some will go to age 75, most require the loan to be repaid by age 70.

Does that contradict what is said in this thread?

I have seen contradicting advice on this issue on AAM before and would be interested in seeing if there is a definitive answer.
