Max thickness of engineered wooden floors

Hi,
We intend to lay engineered wooden floors on some rooms in our new build. We have underfloor heating and will either float or glue the boards. Some of the floors I have been looking at are up to 22mm thick (including 6mm veneer). This looks quite thick to me (thicker than marble tiles) and as wood is not as good a conductor as tiles I am concerned that perhaps I won't get the heat coming through.
Does anyone have experience of using engineered wooden floors on concrete screed with UFH, particularly with boards 22mm thick.
I've already found lots of useful advice on this general subject in this forum, but not on this specific query.
Thanks.
