I have read the comment ya. And there has being nothing on either thread since then.

Hence my comment that things have gone quiet.
 
Just to close this out i completed my 4 switches in August.

After fees i was able to clear 9k off my personal debt from the cashbacks.

I reduced my mortgage term from 23 years to 20 and dropped my interest rate 4.3% to 2.3% saving over 55k in interest over the mortgage term

Can anyone at all recommend a solicitor for switches. This is all really great savings and I would love to do it but can't find a solicitor.

If you can't reccomend a solicitor can you at least indicate if your solicitor was fine doing this or did you have to call a number of different solicitors?

Did you find it much hassle overall?
 
Once you are on top of everything it is fine.

Main one i found to keep an eye on is the life cover reassignment, it would probably best to take out new cover for each mortgage and then cancel.
