Hi my wife recieved a mail with the new policy that states the new procedure for pay while on materenity leave.its says you get 5% for each year of service up to 50% max.this is fine.she has sent a mail to her boss to say she is prgenant with all the dates etc.now she has heard that they are going to change the policy going forward.My question is will my wife because she has told her manager be covered by the policy she was sent or can they change there minds when they want.
