My employer will be paying me full salary while on maternity leave and I'll recoup the benefit to them. Can I claim back the income levy and pension levy at end of year as technically levies should not be paid on benefit? Also will tax credits be transferred to husdand's as we are assessed separately for now given we are on similar salaries?? Cant seem to get any info on this matter!!!
