maryborough ridge

does anyone no the developer in maryborough ridge

I don't know much about them, - but if you're on to him, you might ask him to go to the trouble of putting a footpath around his estate.

Between "Maryborough Ridge" the nearby "Borough" this whole area is ruined. There must have been 500 or 600 houses thrown up around here recently and no footpath on the road outside with heavy traffic and bends on the road.

This area is an example of useless Irish planning at its worst.
You're basically taking your life into your hands walking on the road outside either of these estates. I'd advise to stay well away.

I'd second all this. I know someone renting in The Borough who says they have never once walked down the hill to Douglas even though it is a short walk as the road is too narrow and has no footpath - all leading to there being more cars on the road.
And, entirely unrelated, I think The Borough are the most awful eyesore - like some sort of seventies Council houses only with modern prices.
