Maryborough Ridge, Cork

Hi, I am considering buying an investment property in Maryborough Ridge, Maryborough Hill. Any thoughts on this area for rental / investment would be greatly appreciated.

The prices in Maryborough Ridge seem excessive. But then when I put my deposit down on a 4 bed end of terrace in Maryborough Woods (Just down the hill) in October 2002 I thought €260,000 was excessive. However, the massive appreciation that Maryborough Woods has received in the last 3 years will hardly be mirrored. But it is a good area with good rental opportunities.
Since I put my deposit down in October 2002 the house has doubled in value….. Will prices continue to rise at the same rate? If we knew that, we would all be millionaires!
