"Elden" is beign released next week viewing on 14th - 16th May.
seems to be mixed units from 4 bed detached 1778sf 3 bed terraced (and not discribed as townhouses for some reason!) 1199sf and apartments.
Got the letter in the door this morning however i am no longer interested -

montagne - you might be interested in these as an alternative ot Mt. Oval perhaps?

na- i rang but they hoofed and poofed and said they will know next week. they are not for release till Autumn 07
