Marriage Certificate Costs?

We got married in early August and I am looking to obtain a few copies of the marriage certificate. I googled this and cam eup with two conflicting costs for acquiring the certificate :
The first http://www.groireland.ie/fees.htm on the goireland site indicates that the cost of the certificate is 10 euro and then an additional 8 euro for each subsequent copy.
The second on the births, deaths and marriages site indicates that it is 35 euro per certificate and an additional 25 euro for each extra copy.

What is the difference in the certificates and why is there such a difference in price?

I think the second site is a business. The GRO Ireland is the official site.

The first one is right, I picked my copy up a few weeks ago.
