Management Fee Tax Relief

I was hoping that I might get some advice on here. I pay Management Fees on my apartment amounting to ~ €1350 per year. Included in this are refuse collections, ligthing, etc. Should I be able to claim Service Charges Tax Relief on this? If so, is it valid for the entire amount or just the percentage of the Fee that goes towards refuse collection?

You certainly cannot get tax relief on the full management fee unless you are a landlord offsetting it against rental income.
