Management fee - bin charges portion tax back?

Hi

Does anyone know if I can claim tax credits for Refuse collection on the basis that my annual management fee charge contains a sizable portion to do with the refuse collection?

I have been waiting for the mgmt company to provide the breakdown of the fee for over a month, but don't want to bother escalating this with them if I cant use it.

Thanks CCOVICH - missed the earlier stuff, I only searched on bin charges rather than mgmt fees

Time to get medieval with the Mgmt Company....
