Management Agents Fees

Hi,
Can I ask my letting agent to pay my management fees from my rent? They are the same company.

Personally I wouldn't do that. Giving the letting agency more control of your finances is not something I would advise. If you go ahead, get a proper legal contract drawn up which does not allow them to vary the amount unilaterally.
