Management Agent In Kildare

I am looking for a managment agent for a small block of apartments (20 units) in total. The apartments are based in Kildare north. We are changing our managing agent at the minute and need to find a new company before the end of the month.
Who are people currently using in the Kildare area and what are aproximately their fees ?
