Managed Variable Rate EBS bank

Hi I've just seen this and wonder what people think of it? In my case if I took this on it would bring me from the variable rate with EBS which I'm on now to 4% which would save 16.03 per month - not a lot but better in my pocket than theirs. That's best case scenario if I got the valuation I think I'd get.
Just looking for catches I guess - I've never found EBS the best to deal with!
