Malahide town centre new apartments

Any one know any details on the new apartments in Malahide town centre near the train station. It appears to be a massive development and almost finished. I guess the developer is waiting for the site to be completed before releasing any to maximise his profits.
 
drove from howth to malahide via baldoyle kinsealy etc and the amount of apartments being built all around up there is amazing and there plenty more land to build on! dart is busy enough as it is!
 
I believe it is called Casino by Gannon homes and I dont think it has been released
 
I thought that it was released quite some time ago (over a year). Prices were as you would expect for the location (€€€€€€€€). Great location near the DART.
 
No, not released yet. I heard that there is a waiting list though and they will be very pricey.
 
OMG - I nearly had a heart attack when I read the title. Malahide, a town! I'm feeling my age now.

Anyhow, I believe that a certain amount of the apartments were released over 18 months ago. I'm not sure about the next lot being released. The prices are quite high but that would be due to the close proximity to the village centre, parking and the DART/Rail station.

Pretty sure none have been released yet - I've been told around the 650k mark for a 2 bed which sounded a bit high to me but then again you never know these days...

Just called Gannon homes…None have been released. The release date is September. There will be 115 apartments in total and the guide price is 1 bed 500,000, 2 bed 700,000. They are also releasing a few houses at the 2 million mark. With that in mind, I have to decide if I will buy 4 houses or go all out and buy 5 and stick hotel on my plot.
