Making a tax return

Hi all,

I am a PAYE worker, who does one small piece of work externally, for which I am paid less than 500 euro per year for. Do I need to fill out a tax return form or how do I let the revenue know that I have received this money? I dont want to get in to trouble over not declaring it...

If you want to declare this income use a form 12 which you can get from the Revenue website. Send it with you P60 and details of the Eur 500 in this misc income section
