Major Sapphire Cove shareholder in trouble

There seems to be a lot of hubbub about Sapphire Cove and one of its shareholders in particular. There was a piece on the Sunday Business Post last week, www.sbpost.ie, but a more complete version of the piece seems to be on the Editorial section of [broken link removed].

Does anyone know what's actually going on down there, if anything?
