Hi, my ex and I were divorced 2 years ago. we have in place a maintenance order for him to make payments monthly and also to pay part of his bonuses from work, he works in banking. We are supposed to revue this every year in June, however I have been asking for his p60 etc since last year and he will not provide them and keeps lying to me. He is also saying he has not recieved any type of bonus since feb last year but will not show me any wage slips to prove this. In april, I contacted my solicitor and she has written to him 4 times asking that he provide the info as he is breaking the court agreement but he has ignored the letters. This morning she said it would cost a lot of money to take him back to court. So what do I do? I either forget it and he gets away with it, or it will cost loads to take him to court, or do I have another option. thanks, any help appreciated

Can you not make an application from your local court office and go down that route. It's free to do that and wont cost anything. You can represent yourself. Just bring along the original agreement and the letters from your solicitor to say you have been asking for this information but he has being unwilling to provide it, Obviously for a reason that he has indeed been given a bonus.

if he didnt get anything then why wont he show me his payslip? he showed me one from this year which had the net pay as far higher than he pays and when you multiplied that by the number of months it was way lower than his year to date pay.
