Hi All
Not to sure where to ask this question.
I have been working for a practice for 9 years. Myself and colleagues were told we were been made redundant next month. Now told the practice may be sold or leased. My question is if the practice is sold or leased will I still have my terms and conditions in the new job also hourly rate. My fear is the new employer will change the terms and conditions and reduce wages. Also my service of 9 years.
Thanks.

Bear in mind that TUPE does not cover any pension arrangements. Also, if you decline the offer from the new employer (and I'm assuming here it is correct and in line with your current T&C's), you are deemed to have resigned and have no entitlement to redundancy
