Made redundant in May - due tax back?

I am a single person who was made redundant from his job in May of this year.
Am I entitled to Tax Back?

What is your situation now in terms of working? If you are employed again then you should receive the benefit of any tax credits that accrued unused while you were unemployed. If you are still unemployed then you may be due tax back and you can return a [broken link removed] to find out. If you are unemployed then make sure that you claim any PRSI linked or means tested welfare payments to which you are entitled. has some useful information on this sort of stuff.
