Just made a settlement offer to BOSI on a tracker of 0.55% above ECB rate. Owe $98K offered 70K.

Will this be laughed at?

No harm in trying I suppose!

It will not be laughed at , probably just not accepted for now.
BOSI seem to be anxious to exit Irl , so maybe your offer will work , but not just yet.
