Mabel Street, Drumcondra

Has anyone seen this house or one like it before, looks ok from the photos if a little small.

I know it has been on the market for some time so I wouldnt have a clue what to offer?

Any advise would be appreciated!

we didn't chek this one out but have lookedat other houses around here and my sis used to live on mabel street-great location but main issue is parking- its a nightmare. and houses are small too.
