M.I.S. review

Hello, I am wondering if somebody could help me on a query I have regarding M.I.S.

I am currently in receipt of M.I.S. and have just received a Review Form, which is fine. I also received a "Reclaim for Supplelmentary Welfare Allowance" form in the same envelope.

I am wondering why I have to complete this form, at this time as I have never been asked to do so on previous occasions. My circumstances have not changed since the previous review.

Any help would be appreciated.

If it has been some time since your initial application for SWA (MIS), the staff may just need an updated form for the files, even though your circumstances remain the same.
