Lump Sum to invest for children

Hello,
could anybody on here give me some advice on the following.
I'm looking to invest a small lump sum for each of my young children, (7, 2, 8 months old respectively).
I want to put €2,500 for each of them into some sort of fixed term arrangement, say 15 - 20 years.
What is the best type of product, which banks/financial concern deal with these type of things and which one is considered to be the best?
I am prepared to take some risk, I not necessarily looking for a guaranteed return.
 
For that sort of investment timeframe you should at least consider a suitable low charges unit linked equity fund for some or all of the money. Over the long term such a fund should outperform deposits and many other forms of investment. Obviously a lot will also depend on the specific assets/equities held by the fund.
