Any guy can be a model now! I wonder is he a Flash Gordon devotee with a goatee.

Or just a Ming Flanagan devotee with a goatee. Idea comes from the adult movie " The Ghostess with the Mostess"
 
or just goatlike, not like goat Peter in Heidi, more David Norris, bit of an old goat.
 
That could never be Deputy Flanagan. I doubt his colour palette includes orange. His wardrobe, like his nickname, seem rooted in the 1980s.
