Lucky Bamboo - luck seems to be running out! tips for bringing back an ailing plant?

Hi,
does anyone have any tips for bringing an ailing lucky bamboo back to health? Have had this one for years and in the last few months the leaf tips started yellowing and drying out. Seems to be on the way out. Nothing has changed, its water is kept fresh, plenty of indirect sunlight. Would hate to lose it after having it for so long.

Any tips appreciated!

Change the water once a week, with the water level just 2-3 inches from the bottom of the vase. i hope this advice will help.

Thanks for the tips folks. Yeah, had been changing the water every week. It has been fine for years and just recently seems to be failing. Might try some dilute feed or something.
