LPT5 form: "status of applicant"?

..So I'm filling out the LPT5 form for "Specific Pre-Sale Clearance" and it's mostly straightforward. However at the very end, beneath the signature area, it has a free form field for "status of applicant". I can't find any reference to it.

What's entered there?
