LPT: is my aunts property tax band correct or error?

How does the local property tax work?

My aunt got the revenue letter the other day along with her neighbours.

All their houses are joined together on the street, yet her estimate is in a higher band than her neighbours .

I looked at the revenue map and the pop up estimate for the area matches the lower one the neighbours received? would her property estimate be an error
