Value of the house. The lands and business are a seperate entity. You wouldn't expect an other business to pay household charge on their business assets as this will be covered by the business accounts.
Anybody have a definitive answer on this? Would the land have to be proved to be for agriculture eg If I buy a house with a few acres but don't farm it?
