As a first time buyer I drew down my mortgage in very late 2012 (between Christmas and New Year) and was able to avail of TRS as a result.
Would the date of mortgage draw down also be considered the purchase date in relation to LPT? Or would the date of purchase be when the deeds were transferred or some other date?
