LPT: Budgeting for Property Tax

Could i suggest that people who are like myself in pretty tight financial situations should commence making provision for payment of this tax, By now we have a pretty good idea of what we will have to pay and maybe setting aside a monthly sum to cover the payment would be a good idea.

Spread the payments out by paying by direct debit? I presume that they are monthly but the LPT documentation doesn't seem to make this clear (or else I missed it!).

Direct Debits for LPT are monthly - it's mentioned in Option 3 of Section D - Payment Options in the LPT guide which was issued along with the forms.
