Hello Folks, I have low pressure in the hot taps and also the cold tap fed from the water tank. The cylinder was replaced to a twin coil cylinder after a new boiler and stove were fitted. The kitchen tap should have ample hot water available with the back boiler stove on etc, however it takes a couple of minutes to get the hot water out and it is at a very slow pace.
The bathroom taps in the sink and bath were replaced and the bathroom tap was meant to be a low pressure one I purchased however when looking at the paperwork it is a 0.2 bar Mayfair Cosmos single tap, this tap has low pressure and would be waiting a long time to get any hot water out, I would like your good advice on whether I should replace this tap to an even lower pressure 0.1 bar twin handled tap? The kitchen tap I think also might be a high pressure tap and this could be the cause of the low hot water pressure. The house is a bungalow and the height from sink to water tank about 5 foot. Thanks in advance.
