Low cost per page Laser printer

Hello,

I need a printer for my small business, around 3-4k pages per month. I tried different printers and ended up three printers which are totally waste of money. After 6-8k printouts, we have to change drum which is almost cost of new printer.

I would appreciate if some one can suggest printer with less printing cost. Also, if there is no drum replacement or at least less frequent replacements.
