I used them in 2011. Everything was ok with the holiday. I changed my hotel after booking as I read bad tripadvisor reports which emerged after I had checked it out. They were a bit slow responding to my emails but it worked out ok.
Check lowcostholidays reviews for up to date experiences with this company. I had good experience with one booking with then when all went as planned. However, some reviews indicate otherwise.
