I am buying through AH but with DLR Co Council but a friend of friend has been offered a place with DCC. I think the rules are different and I was wondering if anyone could answer a couple of questions for her...Thanks!
1. With DCC, how many properties can you refuse before you are put to the bottom of the list.
2. What are the current developments begining offered to those on the DCC list?
3. Anyone know of the future developments on the DCC list?
4. If you refused properties on one co council list does that take you off the other council lists if you have applied to all?

Edit: Just realised that DCC are a draw rather than a list based system so I'm guessing if you turn it down you just have to wait until your name is drawn again.
