Family member in canada on holidays at the moment, meant to be travelling to New York next Wed, has lost passport, any idea how long it takes to get new one. Every office is closed today, have been onto Irish Consul in Toronto but only answering machine until Monday. Just want to know really if anyone has any idea how long it takes to get the new one and what documentation is likely to be needed and no they did not keep a copy of it!
