Lost p 45

Hi Lost P45 and need it to reclaim tax any way to get a copy without going back to employer ? I have last Payslip Thanks

If you got the original then the employer should have filed their part with Revenue also so Revenue should know about your cessation with them and have the pay and tax details already. Contact your local Revenue district ( see your tax credit certificate for the contact details) and explain to them.
