Lost Key Replacment?

I stupidly lost my car key recently, I think it would be a good idea to have a spare key again just in case, does anybody know a rough estimate on how much It would cost to get a spare before I go back to the dealer to ask?
Car is a 08 Volkswagen, any help appreciated

ps: would I have to go through VW or could it be done elsewhere?

I am not familiar with VW Keys, but modern cars have a circuit for remote locking and a transponder chip for the immobiliser which is unique to that key. I am guessing around €120
