Hi,
I have lost an Ulsterbank debit card while in South America. I cancelled the card and a new one is being sent to my home address in Ireland. I intend getting my parents to send the card to a hotel address when I will be arriving at a particular city in a couple of weeks time.
However I have tried to open a Western Union online account but I do not have a scanned copy of a bank statement to complete the activation process.
I really need some options on how to receive money from my bank account in the absence of having a card while abroad.
I really would be grateful for any help.
