lost car reg cert

I have lost the registeration cert for my car. I have tried everywhere for it with no luck. I am going for nct in the morning and I have been told I need to produce it within 30 days. Is it easy to get another one and how do I do it?

i'm sure the nct guys see this all the time, so i'd just get that form signed and witnessed tomorrow and get it sent off.

I wasn't asked for this cert when I had the NCT recently.

I had my car nct'ed twice recently and wasn't asked for cert on either occassion

Once you produce it for your first test on a particular car they will not need to see it for that car on subsequent tests. This is what they told me when I brought mine with me for the last test.
