Loose coins - deposit in bank?

I am treasurer of a small local voluntary organisation. We had a fundraiser which took in a lot of coins. I bagged and deposited all the coins that filled bags, but I have a lot of coins left over. Should the bank take outstanding loose coins even if not bagged?

Just did a fund raiser & we had €1500+ in loose coins - the local Centra let us use their coin sorter & gave us cash for the lost. They were happy to as it costs them money to get coins from the bank. HTH
