Looking to sell in Budapest

I'm looking to sell my apartment district 6 which has been a poor investment for me. I know its not a good time but unfortunately I'm stretched badly financially at the moment and the monthly repayments are crippling me. I spoke to Tower properties and I like the idea that they have an Irish office and they can look after the whole process without me having to go to Budapest. Even taking two days off work and having to drive to dublin and then fly to budapest would be a financial headache right now. I would greatly appreciate any advice here about whether Tower are trustworthy and whether it is safe for me to try and sell without travelling out there, or any other advice appreciated,
