Looking to release equity on an overseas property...

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone could help me out..

I have been trying for quite a while now to release equity from a rental property in Britain. Lenders in the uk won't deal with me because I am not uk resident and lenders here won't lend to me because the property is in the uk although one said the property would have to be in London!

Can anyone recommend any lenders who would deal with me?

Any help would be appreciated!

Tried KBC, stopped lending with regards to uk properties 1 month ago.. still waiting for a response from leeds building society..
