Looking to consolidate loans into mortgage

Hi I was wondering are there any loan consolidation options anymore with less than perfect credit history ?

We have LTV mortgage on primary residence of approx 60%. Credit history perfect for the past year (and for years before) however for various reasons the ICB will show a period of some blips which can be explained (new/agreements reached with lenders but not reflected on ICB).

My question is are there any options for imperfect credit history in terms of remortgaging or should I forget about even looking.

Many thanks in advance. (I don't want to go into a lot of detail).

I thought about something like this too but I didn't approach my lender.
I reckon you can't do any harm in asking your mortgage provider. They may say no but they might say yes.

Unfortunately I don't think any lender is well disposed to this these days especially if the debt is with a lender other than themselves, even with a perfect credit rating.
