looking to buy ereader, any suggestions?

Hi there,

I'm looking to purchase ereader and have seen the new nook simply touch with glowlight , or kindle paperwhite. I havent seen either available to purchase in Ireland yet but has anyone any suggestions or recommendations. The lights on these really interest me as I have small baby so can't really read in bed anymore with like on.

I have a basic kindle and fid it absolutely great. The version I have doesn'y have a light, but I think that they do have a version with an internal light. Was a book fanatic up to getting the Kindle. Now find that it's the best invention since the 1pod!!

I am treating myself to the new kindle Paperwhite for Christmas ..... you won't go wrong with the kindle. You can buy it online via the Amazon website.

Reporting back ... it's not available for purchase in Ireland (I tired both amazon.com and amazon.co.uk)

but ..... I'm looking at buying through a remailer.
