Looking for software for 'cut and paste' lyric technique?

It's an old 'arty' trick for lyric writing.

Traditionally, pages from mags/newspapers etc were literally cut up in short phrasal chunks and the results paired together to form abstract lyrics. I'm sure there must be software available to do this now using Word docs for example - does anyone know of any?

Preferably free of course.
 
Not quite what I was looking for but thanks for the search tips anyway. :)
